The Entrepreneurship & Innovation Clinic at Yale Law School provides legal counsel to for-profit and nonprofit entrepreneurs and their ventures. If you have questions on transactional matters, corporate and intellectual property issues and other legal questions that emerge from starting your venture this clinic would be able to provide guidance.
